The biggest problem of zionism isn't the defense of a nation (which problem is expected): It's the undefined maintenance of a government with ever-expanding territorial claims. The problems sorrounding the founding of a nation are limited and comes to an end with the resultant of victories and defeats. But a government which is borderless for expansion is designed to perpetual wars. This is why zionism is above all political in nature despite religious and race/ethnical elements, ever-demanding of wars and unable to celebrate peace.
